Warranty Policy

At Qamar Watch, we take pride in offering durable, elegant, and high-quality timepieces. We stand behind the reliability of our products and aim to ensure a transparent experience for all our valued customers. Please review our detailed warranty terms below.

1. Quartz (Cell-Operated) Watches – 1-Year Machine Warranty

• All cell-operated (Quartz) watches come with a 1-Year Machine Warranty covering the internal movement/machine.
• The warranty covers manufacturing defects in the internal movement starting from the date of delivery.

2. Color & Plating Policy

• We do not offer a warranty on watch color or plating.
• Reason: Plating durability strictly depends on individual usage patterns—some customers wear their watch occasionally, while others wear it continuously in daily life, exposing it to sweat, moisture, and friction.
• Quality Assurance: Despite not having a color warranty, our watches are crafted with high-grade plating technology, making them very reliable and resistant to quick fading under normal usage.

3. Automatic Watches Policy

• No Standard Warranty: Automatic/mechanical watches do not carry a warranty. Due to the delicate internal gear mechanisms of automatic watches, severe drops or physical impacts can misalign or damage internal components.
• Repair Assistance Service:
• Although we cannot give a 100% guarantee that a damaged automatic watch can be restored, our experienced in-house technicians will do their best to repair it.
• If you wish to send an automatic watch for repair, the customer will be responsible for all courier/delivery charges as well as any repair and spare parts costs.

4. Transit Damage & Unboxing Video Requirement

• If your watch is damaged or faulty upon delivery due to transit issues, Qamar Watch will fully compensate or replace the item.
• Requirement: To claim compensation for delivery damage, a complete, uninterrupted parcel unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened is strictly mandatory.
